How quickly can you confirm?+
Most reservations are confirmed by text within sixty seconds. Same-day and last-minute requests welcome.
How is pricing structured?+
Flat rates for airport transfers; metered point-to-point with a minimum fare; hourly charter with a two-hour minimum (three hours on major event dates).
What counts as an event date?+
Major Cowboys, Mavericks, and Stars dates; the 2026 FIFA World Cup matches at AT&T Stadium; large conferences. A +20% surcharge applies on those days; members are exempt from event minimums.
Do you charge for gratuity?+
Gratuity is included in member rates. Otherwise, suggested at your discretion — most clients add 15–20%.
Is there a cancellation fee?+
Free cancellation up to 4 hours before pickup. Inside 4 hours, 50% of the quoted fare. Inside 1 hour, the full fare.
Who drives?+
Background-checked, insured, business-attired chauffeurs. We do not subcontract sight-unseen — every driver has worked with us before you ever meet them.
